Andrew Wahl
Andrew spent more than a decade as a journalist in Washington state, serving as graphics editor at The (Longview) Daily News and features editor at The Wenatchee World. He also did editorial cartooning for both newspapers, twice earning international recognition in the United Nations’ Ranan Lurie Political Cartoon Awards. A graduate of the University of Washington-Bothell’s interdisciplinary studies program (comparative U.S. and international studies), Andrew went on to earn his master’s in liberal studies with an emphasis in the humanities from Fort Hays State University. He has also taught journalism at Lower Columbia and Wenatchee Valley colleges.
