Inquiring Mind offers libraries, museums, schools and community organizations an opportunity to bring some of Washington’s finest scholars, authors, musicians and actors to local communities for engaging and entertaining educational programs. Inquiring Mind has served tens of thousands of Washingtonians in virtually every corner of the state. To host a lecture in your community, please go to our booking a speaker page to view program parameters and application instructions. Speaker events must be open to the public and offered free of charge. Programs in schools are not required to be open to the public. “This is the first time programs of cultural enrichment have been offered in this part of the county. It was also the first time in many, many years the two communities (Harstine and Pickering) have come together to share facilities, interest, and support of a common need in our area.
