At the heart of our democracy, and the values that we share in this state and our country, is the ability to learn, listen, and discuss issues of importance to our communities and our world. In an increasingly global society, it is critical that we seek to understand and respect the variety of perspectives. Through high quality programs and partnerships, Humanities Washington advances thoughtful, informed, and engaged communities.
