NEW TEMPLATE

Few states in the nation are as culturally, economically, politically, and geographically diverse as Washington. Those differences often generate what appears to be an insurmountable divide. Yet, since 1973, Humanities Washington has shown in profound and poignant ways our commonality as a people. Regardless of where we live, Asotin or Neah Bay, Ilwaco or Metaline Falls, we share the same dreams for a better world for ourselves and our descendants. The programs of Humanities Washington remind us of those common dreams.

Volunteer

Ways to volunteer your time with Humanities Washington.

Humanities Washington's success depends on the time and generosity of many volunteers. From assisting with administrative tasks to serving on our board of trustees, our mission is advanced because of the tireless dedication of community members from across the state.

We seek volunteers with an interest in cultural education programs who can also offer experience in finance, law, legislative relations, literacy, early education or public humanities programming.

If you are interested in contributing your time and expertise to our organization (or know someone who is) please e-mail us at info@humanities.org!
