A vibrant, healthy community cannot be taken for granted. The most direct means to that end is to ensure we have a vibrant education system that nurtures our most precious capital, our human capital. Having strong nonprofits like Humanities Washington make this vision possible.

Ways to volunteer your time with Humanities Washington.

Humanities Washington's success depends on the time and generosity of many volunteers. From assisting with administrative tasks to serving on our board of trustees, our mission is advanced because of the tireless dedication of community members from across the state.

We seek volunteers with an interest in cultural education programs who can also offer experience in finance, law, legislative relations, literacy, early education or public humanities programming.

If you are interested in contributing your time and expertise to our organization (or know someone who is) please e-mail us at info@humanities.org!
