Will I have to renew my gift every year?
No. You are in control of your account and can renew or end your donations at any time you choose. If you elect to have deductions from your bank account, you have the option to alter or end your monthly gift amount at any time–just get in touch with us.
May I make extra donations?
Of course! Humanities Washington always welcomes your support, and we greatly value any extra donation you are inspired to make.
What if I need to change the amount I’m donating?
No problem. You are in complete control of your giving, and you are welcome to increase, decrease, or stop your monthly donations at any time. Contact us at 206-682-1770 x104 or email us to make any changes to your plan.
How do I update my credit card number?
Just give us a call at 206-682-1770 x104. You may be asked to enter your new card information on our Donation Page, after ensuring that your old card is no longer valid or is no longer being charged.
What if I need to suspend or cancel payments for a little while?
Also no problem. Email us or give us a call at 206-682-1770 x104 to let us know what you’d like to do.
Is my credit card or checking account information secure with you?
Your information is completely safe and secure with Humanities Washington. All credit card and bank account transactions are processed through iATS Payments. iATS Payments is a Level 1 Payment Card Industry (PCI) certified company and ensures all transactions are handled with absolute security. Only the last 4 digits of your credit card number are stored in our database, and we do not have access to your full credit card number.
When will I receive my tax receipt?
Your tax receipt will be mailed the first week of January. It will reflect all donations made the previous year.
